Satisfaction Guaranteed We aim for complete satisfaction at InkWize. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple return process.

Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from receipt to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unused, in the original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to user error or items marked as final sale.

How to Return

  • Email us at support@inkwize.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • We will provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the return.
  • Expect refunds within 1-3 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not offered. Please return your item and place a new order.

Non-returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items and final sale items are not eligible for return.
